Muslim Conference Conventions in Kotli Azad Kashmir

All Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference’s 79^th annual convention is on May 26, 2012 in Kolti Azad Kashmir. This is first time MC Convention will held in Kotli District.

Multiple meetings were organized in Muzaffarabad Secretariat , In which Muzaffarabad was selected as Convention Place first but leader of Muzaffarabad refused to organize any convention as they know people rejected them on 26 June 2011. Then it was decided to organize convention in Bagh District Azad Kashmir just like Muzaffarabad leader Bagh Local Body denied for this convention as they were aware convention will not be successful. Then Mirpur was selected but denied again by leader as growing popularity of PMLN in the area.

Then finally Muslim Conference Leadership contact PPP AJK and asked for the help. After a green signal from Zardari House PPP AJK pledge Muslim Conference for a successful convention in Kotli District and promise their participation too.

Muslim Conference is predicting 60 to 70 thousand people will attend this convention.( Please remember 35 to 40 Thousand people participated in PMLN 5 April Convention.)

On June 26 2011 Elections in AJK Muslim Conference got only some hundreds of vote from Kotli and on 26 May 2012 they will gather about 70 Thousand People in Convention.
