Meera with her Husband Attique ur Rahman
Attique Ur Rahman appeared in Live Pakistani News Channel today on 22 February 2012 and told media that he has sent Legal Notice to Meera and Her New Fiancee Captain Naveed. Copy of this notice is also sent to Meera’s Father and Meera’s Mother.
Attique ur Rahman asked Captian Naveed to Disclaims any relation with Meera with in 7 Days.
In Live show Advocate of Attique ur Rahman Waqar Sheikh and Islamic Scholar Mufti Imran Ul Haq were also invited.
Attique ur Rahman said that Meera is Still My Wife and while remaining in my Nikkah she cannot marry some one else.
If you want to marry some one else then she would have to file a Khullah Case or take Divorce from me.
Advocate Waqar Sheikh said that Case is already pending in Court, According to pakistani Law Meera is still wife of Attique ur Rahman and she cannot marry any one else. Also No man can marry a married women until her previous relation is end.
Mufti Imran Ul Haq said that According to Shariay Law, a married women cannot marry someone else. If she does then she commit sin.
He narrated a Hadiyth too that if a man send marriage message to a girl then no other man is allowed to send marriage message to same girl until she replies Yes or No to first Message.
This way no one is allow to agree to Meera unless her first marriage is end under Islamic law.

Q: Why you preferred to marry a scandalized actress?
A: Meera was friends with me, she proposed me and asked if i wanted to continue any relationship with her, i would have to marry her.
Q: Were you forced by Meera for Marriage?
A: As such i was not forced by her. But she wanted me to divorce my First Wife.
Clashes started when her male friends start calling me and teasing me on phone.
Q: Do you want to continue or End this relation?
A: Two Years are passed i do not how many men came in her life and what she did with them in these two years. I would like to proceed this relation ship legally and i want my 50 Million Rupees back which is spent on her during our marriage.
Q: Do you want to Divorce Meera or Not?
A: Divorce from my side will not affect her. I think she does not like and do not want to live with me that is why she wanted to marry someone else.
Q: If Meera want to take Khulla/End this contract herself ?
A: yes i will divorce her in that case if she files Khulla but in condition that she will return my 50 Million Rupees Back.
