Sameena Kauser wife of Raja Illyas was going back to her home after visiting Occhi Lass Darbar in Islamgarh aloing with her young daugters. Master Kala Khan s/o Raja Dilawar Khan Resident of Occhi Lass started beating Sameena Kauser with stick and tore her dress.

On Screming of woman and her girls Master Kala Khan escaped. Sameena Kauser along with her daughters went to Islamgarh Police station. Police station sent their team to arrest Kala Khan but still no FIR is registred against him.
