Zayn Malik who has recently splashed out £254,000 to buy his sister Safaa Malik a luxury home in Bradford.
The house is an almost identical house just yards away from his mum’s home in Bradford, which Zayn buy for his mum in 2012 as promised her in childhood.
Safaa married her boyfriend Martin Tiser, 18, in September last year in a plush ceremony Zayn appeared to miss out on. And in January she welcomed her first baby.
Zayn Malik reveals he bought his mum, Trisha, a house in Bradford, as he promised her in childhood while mother-of-four Trisha lived in rented house.
Trisha told, “I know that you always used to say, ‘I’ll get you a house one day when I’m older’. But thank you for what you’ve done for us. I’m so proud of you.”
Zayn bought a new house for his mom in his hometown of Bradford, West Yorkshire, England, which is close to where the singer grew up in rented house. He tell, “It’s very industrial-looking and very old, she lives in a nicer area now, but it’s still Bradford,” he said at the time.

Zayn’s father a British-Pakistani named Yaser Malik is from Pakistan who married an Englishwoman Patricia Brannan Malik (Trisha Malik). Trisha served as a chef. She cooked halal food for Muslim kids.
Their first girl Doniya was born in Bradford and resided with her parents in a rented house, because they couldn’t afford to buy their own place to live.
Zayn got his early education from Tong High School as of his other siblings. After becoming rich and popular, Zayn convinced Trisha to quit her job.
Zayn bought his mum a house, she was filmed calling Zayn from the property. “I know that you always used to say, ‘I’ll get you a house one day when I’m older,’” she said. “But thank you for what you’ve done for us. I’m so proud of you.”
Malik’s proud mother Trisha was filmed picking up the keys to the property and bursting into tears as she thanks her son for the extravagant gift.
Now kind-hearted Zayn has ensured that Safaa, new hubby Martin Tiser, 18, and Zaneyah have the best start in life with the detached home in Bradford, West Yorks.
A source revealed: “They are delighted by Zayn’s kindness.
“He knew they needed their own place with a new baby but Safaa didn’t want to be too far away from her mum.
